In these places, volcanic glass has been collected and processed by ancient communities into semi-finished products for export and exchange with other raw materials since the Neolithic period (about 6500 years ago).<\/p>\n

The black trails are the custodians of an extraordinary history that tells of a very ancient doing, handed down from generation to generation for thousands of years, which it is our duty to protect and preserve.
For this reason there is a total ban on the removal of obsidian from Mt.<\/p>\n
