The Obsidian Museum is committed daily to making the experience of visiting the collection accessible and inclusive for all people. With this in mind, the staff on duty at the museum participated in the VISUAL AND SOUND LANDSCAPES project, designed by the Cagliari-based non-profit association InMediazione. The project involved the participation of in-service staff in a series of awareness workshops conducted by experienced staff in collaboration with blind, visually impaired and deaf people, along with the creation of accessible guided tour routes.<\/p>\n

As part of the project, the Obsidian Museum has been equipped with braille aids in each of the exhibition rooms to make the wealth of information independently accessible to blind and visually impaired people.
