Dying in Prehistory. Su Forru de is Sinzurreddus: The Pau Necropolis

Special opening of the Su Forru de is Sinzurreddus archaeological site to mark the 15th anniversary of the Obsidian Museum. Guided tours of the Middle Neolithic necropolis (second half of the 5th millennium B.C.), which constitutes the oldest evidence of permanent human settlement in the area, as well as the only known example of cremation burials in Sardinia from this period.
